咨询下关于意铁smart票Self Service取票的问题

刚在意铁网上买到了3月26日米兰到日内瓦的smart票，已支付成功并收到PNR Code ，因为是smart票，所以只能选择Self Service取票，这种情况下，我需要先找个在意大利的人帮我在Self Service机器上打印出票，还是可以3月26日乘车时在Self Service机器上打印出票？


另外，在订票时，我没有填name和surname，但刚才查收订票后发到我邮箱的邮件，有这么一句话：After you have confirmed the Booking at one of the locations equipped for it, you can print the ticket at the Self Service machine using your PNR code, name and surname


我没有填name and surname，只有PNR code，会不会无法打印票？
