俄航特价票能退票吗

悲惨的HY了，所以今年的计划都要取消。买了俄航的特价票，如何能退票？最坏的情况下要求退税可行吗？
顺便问一下亚航退票要出示啥证据吗？

之前有写信给俄航客服，得到的回复如下：
According to PROMO fare rules, ticket fare is non refundable in case of cancellation. Only unused taxes are subjected for refund in the period of the ticket validity plus one extra month.
In the case of visa refusal, you can apply to the nearest Aeroflot office with original documents from Embassy.
我的理解是，只有拒签的情况才可能获得机票款的退回，不然就只能退回税费。
