关于Economycarrentals异地还车的问题在线等！！

DXJM们，Ecnomycarrentals不能异国/地还车吗？我选择了那个“不同还车地点”结果打算在意大利的Bologna还车，每次输入就重新回到最初状态了。
请教~

仔细看下economycarrentals的保险条款，只是基本险，之前我也以为是全险
Optional Insurances :
At this destination, for theft / damages caused by you, the car rental company might charge you up to the excess amount: 750 - 1050 Euro, depending on your selected car group.
You might be offered extra insurances to cover the excess amount. It is not necessary to purchase such extra insurances, as EconomyCarRentals will refund the charges for theft / damage excess. For your convenience you may, of course, choose to purchase extra insurances locally, to avoid any excess payments to the car rental company at your destination.

刚才看了别的回答似乎是不能异国还车，但是又发现一个问题，以前看economycarrentals都有full insurance的明显说明，这次没有看到，难道这个优势条件他们放弃了？
他们一直都是全险的。这次去意大利用他们的，不知道
