请教关于Tune订错酒店了，能否更改？

想订机场的Tune Hotel - KLIA - LCCT Airport, 结果订成Tune Hotel - Downtown Kuala Lumpur
请问能否更改？是否要收费？如何改呢？
另外我不是入住人，用我的信用卡刷的，他们能否顺利入住？

We are very sorry. We are unable to change your Booking(s). You will need to cancel the Booking online at our website at www.tunehotels.com through the following steps:
1. Click on the Manage confirmed Bookings button
2. Key in your email and password
3. Click Login
4. On the My Bookings page, choose the Booking you want to cancel and click Cancel Selected Booking.
5. Click the Yes button to confirm your intention to cancel the Booking. Consequently, Cancellation Fee (refer Fee &Hotel Schedule) will be deducted from your earlier payment and the balance will be refunded into your credit shell.

我住过TUNE HOTEL_DOWNTOWN， 应是不能改的，要先退了，再订机场那一家。 只要在入住5天前订的，不用出示信用卡，打确认号码好了。
我上次也是定错了，将错就错，也没退。就直接住那里了。就是早晨比较折腾，要五点不到起床赶飞机。
不管人家charge你多少，你不都得退吗？除非你愿意忍受一晚。哎~~~，可怜的银儿哦
订的什么时候的，时间合适转给我。
