法铁订票付款总是不成功，求解

25号nice到paris，本来想坐夜车5个半小时，但是直达夜车没有了。只好订5点多那班，2个人70欧。
选好后付款，总是提示：
Your transaction ERR_DECLINED;
Your payment was rejected.
We regret that we are unable to continue with this order procedure.
