1 you can get 16-25 card in STN (not sure whether you can get Oyster card or not). The ticket office is in the airport, with clear signs where you should find it :) In fact, the office is also the place where you buy 16-25 card (so called young person's card). You buy the card first, and immediately after the card is produced, you buy your ticket and save :)

2 I think you can use a card from EU. But if without chip-pin on the card, I am not quite sure to give you a confirmed answer. With the card you just need to input the reference code to collect ur ticket.

Fast ticket machine的问题，你可以选择Fast ticket machine的寄送方式，然后取票的时候直接去有人值班的那种ticket office 取票，给他看你订票时候的confirmation，ticket office会要求你出示预定时候的信用卡，你就出示预定用的卡并且告诉他们你的卡是刷的而不是chip pin的。值班人员会帮你把预定的票都打出来的。

16-25 railcard要28磅..带上护照规格的照片..建议不是在英国长期生活的，或者频繁使用火车的还是不要办这个..因为你实在赚不回那28磅，LS的LS能不用英文了麽？想练习找老外..谁都不想看答案的时候再翻译一遍，THANKS！！！！！！！！！！

我是做easyjet过去，到的是那个G开头的机场。我从机场坐到市中心以后，再办16-25 railcard和 Oyster card 就行了吧？

补充下是Stansted express 不是national express
