可以的，我有发邮件过去问，他们说可以退，就是费用加起来要一千多，我那个票。 我是从上海到马尼拉到桑托斯两人往返的。他收的费用是75$每人上海马尼拉往返，15$每人马尼拉桑托斯往返，所以加起来180$的样子，我还在纠结要不要退呢。

请关注机票的这个条款FARE CONDITIONS，如果有Fare and surcharges are non-refundable，则说明退票是不退款的
