租车确认单中的Airport Surcharge 到底是干什么用的？

Both location where I pick up and drop off the car are not at the airport , but to your office directly on Manu Tapu Drive.
So, I am not so clearly that why do I need to pay for the Airport Surcharge?

Our Airport office is still classed as in the Airport area so the surcharge still applies. The surcharge is for the shuttle that comes down to the Airport and collects you.

你去hertz.com看看,巴黎就找不到不收location service charge的,北美在机场提车很多情况下要多收两个费用的,Airport Concession Fee和Transportation and Facilities Fee,而且是按天收的.
这个只收4刀,你就放过他们吧
才4刀就不要和他们计较了,你这种情况在北美或欧洲都要收100刀的. ”
欧洲有吗？我在德国租车只付租车费，其他什么都不用，包括信用卡手续费都不用。
