关于比利时铁路rail pass的问题

今年春节准备一家人同游比利时和法国，购买比铁车票上犯了难。
定下来的行程是 1月19日 布鲁塞尔机场-市区
1月26日 布鲁塞尔市区-机场
1月20日 布鲁塞尔市区往返布鲁日
上比铁网站查询，单是布鲁塞尔市区往返布鲁日的价格已经26.2欧*4=104.8欧
似乎有个选项是10张single的rail pass，不知道是否可以买两套这种rail pass，可以省下一笔钱呢。。。
请问各位大大，是否可以多人共用rail pass？按照网站说明，可以travel with them，似乎是可以同时使用。。。请各位大大帮忙确认一下，如果可以，是在网络上可以直接购买还是到了机场可以买呢？同时 frontier points excluded 是啥意思？谢谢各位大大！

It only costs 7,40 EUR to get there from here
With a Rail Pass, you can make 10 single journeys between two Belgian stations of your choice (frontier points excluded) for 74,00 EUR* in 2nd class and 113,00 EUR* in 1st class.
A Rail Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and isn't registered in an individual name, so you can lend it to your friends, or travel with them.
* Price valid from 1st February 2011
那个Diabolo fee是一家公司正在改进布鲁塞尔机场的铁路系统，所以要向大家收点钱，就是每程2块几。从2009年就开始收了，这个工程据说2012年中可以完成，不知道完成之后就2块几会不会继续收下去……说白了就像中国造个桥，收个过桥费之类的。
官方正解在这里：
Extensive work is currently being done to improve access to Brussels airport by train. The Brussels Airport Station is being connected to both Brussels and Antwerp with a new rail line via the central reservation of the E19 motorway. When this Diabolo project is completed, SNCB/NMBS will be able to provide direct trains to Brussels Airport from Brussels, Mechelen/Antwerp and Leuven.
The company Northern Diabolo started the infrastructure works two years ago. The constructional work should be ready by mid 2012, and the new infrastructure will be commissioned after thorough tests.
Diabolo fee symbol diabolo
Northern Diabolo SA draws its remuneration for these works from a Diabolo fee that each individual passenger travelling to or from the Brussels Airport station will have to pay.
SNCB/NMBS is required by law* to collect the Diabolo fee of 2,16 EUR** per trip as of 1 November 2009 and to transfer it to Northern Diabolo. The amount of the Diabolo fee is indexed annually on the basis of the average health index.

** Price valid from 1 January to 31 December 2012
How do you pay this Diabolo fee?
If you are travelling on a domestic ticket (standard ticket, weekend fare, Go Pass 1, etc.), the Diabolo fee is included automatically in the price of the ticket.
If you are travelling with a Senior Ticket, Pass (Go Pass 10, Rail Pass, Key card), free pass, Eurostar, Thalys or HST ticket with domestic transport supplement, you have to purchase a Diabolo fee ticket at our teller windows, automatic ticket dispensers or online.

谢谢斑竹。我打算买一张rail pass，用于4人往返布鲁日以及机场往返市区。奇怪的是，我查到机场到市区单程标准费用包括大菠萝费用才5.2欧，竟然比rail pass还便宜？（rail pass 7.4单程+2.1大菠萝=9.5）搞不明白。
我们是早上6点左右到布鲁塞尔机场，能买得到rail pass吗？请解惑，谢谢！

gare centrale下来就是市区了，不知道你要去哪里呢，一般地铁12点到1点间末班车
