宿务---怎样跳过花钱选座位部分呀

正在买票，每次都继续后都进入买座位部分，不知道怎样跳过去，现在是强制必须买吗？
还有一项25的网上管理费，这是什么收费呀？必须的吗？
第一次买，不太懂，呵呵，希望有知道的可以回复一下，先谢了哈

To change/remove the pre-assigned seat:
1. Select the box you want to change.
2. On the seat map:
a. To change: click a seat you like.
b. To remove: click the pre-assigned (yellow) seat.
3. A pop-up screen will appear where you may either remove or change the seat.
注意：点击飞机图上黄色座位（默认指定座位）即可取消。
网络管理费无法取消。
