黎巴嫩到约旦落地签

大家好，小弟有一事想请教大家，我打算从贝鲁特飞到安曼，做的是中东航空的飞机，我只有单程机票，没有约旦签证，请问航空公司会放行吗，还有我在IATA网站上看到中国游客个人过去没说到给落地签啊，以下是IATA的原文，只对团体而且还得是持有回程机票
Visa Issuance
1.Nationals of China (People's Rep.) can obtain a visa free of charge, provided
- passenger travels as part of a tour arranged by a licensed Jordanian tourist or travel agency; and
- group is not less than 5 persons; and
- staying a minimum of 2 nights in Jordan; and
- holding a return ticket.
2.All passengers can obtain a visa on arrival, provided attending a scientific or economical conference.
3.Accompanying staff (housemaids), can obtain a visa on arrival, provided traveling with their employer.
Certain Visa regulations apply as follows:
Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.
(a) nationals of countries listed in the chart above;
(b) nationals of Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China (PR), Costa Rica, Cyprus, Hong Kong (SAR), Iceland, Korea (Rep), Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Singapore, Switzerland and Venezuela.

话说楼主木有返程票和继续旅行的票，难道真是准备留在约旦了？
约旦对中国人落地签，下了飞机后，在海关出境那里，可以直接办理签证，20JD，差不多2000人民币
中东机场发生只有单程机票不给登机的事。
还有，IATA虽然这样叙述，但是到了约旦肯定可以落地签，所以给不给你登机到时候要看给你check in的地姐的心情了，总之，你要做好斗智斗勇的准备。
