在priceline明明是定SANTA BARBARA的酒店，莫名奇妙的BID到了圣玛利亚。。。
发邮件给P的人，回来的信和大家都一样。估计他们都有模板了，
我心里不愤啊，又回了个邮件，要求WAIVE这25刀，
结果人家和我巴拉巴拉一堆，最后来了一句
If you follow the
instructions and are successful in Booking a new reservation, we will
refund the cancel fee minus a flat change fee of $25.00.
这啥意思？如果我成功定了新的酒店，这25刀还收不收？？
貌似还是要收的，它用了个FLAT，结果这句话我都理解不了了。。。那位长老出来帮个忙吧？？

中午我也订错了酒店，后来写邮件过去，他们的回复如下：
When we find a travel partner willing to accept your request, we
immediately book the reservation in order to secure your low rate. Our
travel partners provide deeply discounted rates because the reservations
are restricted, which means they cannot be changed, cancelled or
refunded.
We do value your business, and we sent a separate email that contains a
URL that you can use towards your next Name Your Own Price hotel
purchase. Just click on the link inside the email to redeem the $10 per
night up to 5 night's add-on cash. For example, when you want to redeem
the add on cash, if you submit a request for 5 nights, and you name a
price of $25 per night, we will submit your offer price as $35 per night
to our partners. If your request is accepted, you will only be charged
your original price of $25 per night, plus taxes and services fees.

不过是机票，在Priceline.都已经确认了，也没有买那个可以退票的保险。才恍然大悟，am, pm 搞错了，赶紧给航空公司打
肯定要收25的罚金，我订错后，马上
当然收，而且就收25美元。Priceline的规则就是你如果重新订，那么会在扣除25美元之后将前一次预订的费用退回。
机票一般24小时内都可以退掉的，酒店没这个说法
没有honor你的要求，而是给你个coupon。
