求助！11月去北角！

各位大哥大姐，小弟已经在游四海旅游上趴了好几天的贴了，实在是搞不明白，请高人相助！
我们计划11月中旬从挪威的Narvik峡湾北上自驾去北角，不知道这条线路11月自驾可不可行？路封没封？路上雪多么？因为我们司机没有雪路驾驶经验。
看网上的有的人说冬天北角就不开放了，可有的人又说开放。有的人说公路要封，有的人又说自驾可行。
我实在是没办法了，帮帮我吧！多谢

貌似11月中旬可行，但略有风险，第一场雪就封路，第一场雪具体在啥时候谁也不清楚。

The road to North Cape is open for all traffic the year round, except between the period about 01.12 till about 30.04 (winter time). The road is closed for all traffic after the first snowfall. In this period you are welcome to join the daily buss from Honningsvåg to North Cape.
The North Cape road is open for traffic, BUT: From appx 01.12. until appx. 30.04. (the winter months) it is only possible to drive up to North Cape by following a convoy between the Skarsvåg crossing and North Cape (13 km).
NOTE! In the period of 01.12 – 31.03 it is ONLY allowed for approved busses. NO private cars allowed due to safety precaution.
