我在德铁的网站上订票,到了最后支付的时候提示如下:

Please contact the point of issue of your credit card to discover why authorisation has been unsuccessful.


换了2张信用卡都是这样的提示,请问是什么问题呢?

是我的信用卡没有网上支付的能力吗?
