有没有人曾经申请成功过没，介绍一下流程，需要的审批时间等。早上申请了一下，不知道能不能成功。

网上申请、缴费。
网站自动email发到邮箱，按照邮件准备材料。材料包括：
1. Your valid passport.
2. Application fee - see below (if this has not already been paid via the Working Holiday Scheme online system).
3. Evidence, such as bank statements or passbook, that you have a minimum of NZ$4,200 available in your name.
4. Evidence of an airline ticket departing New Zealand or onward travel arrangements.
5. A Temporary Entry X-ray Certificate (NZIS 1096) which is not more than 3 months old. Please check the list of Panel Doctors for an INZ approved radiologist to complete this form.
6. Notarised certificate with a copy of your senior high school qualification (gao zhong xue li), and an English translation showing a minimum three years’ full time study.
7. New requirement from 1 October 2010: Verification of your senior high school qualification (gao zhong xue li) from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre (CDGDC).
8. Provide a copy of this email on which you have completed:
the fields below stating your name and address in Chinese characters, and
the declaration on page 4 to confirm you have read, and understand, the information on page 3.
9. A completed supplementary form (NZIS 1027).
10. Evidence that you have a level of English that is assessed as at least functional. To do this, you must provide a certificate from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test, showing you achieved an average level of 5.5 over the four components of the test. Change of requirement: from 1 October 2010, this is the only way to prove your proficiency in English.
其中有了CDGDC的学历公正就不用去公证处公正了，机票证明可以和4200纽币合开一张即可，冻结一两天就ok了。
送签5个工作日拿到了签证。
