找了找,
我搜了一下,找到办11-15岁 Oyster的一些要求.是只有本地人才可以吗?还要交10磅的申请费,决定还是到现场咨询一下吧,或者就按诸葛说的直接买纸票.在线申请好象也很麻烦.

Terms and conditions
Your personal information
Terms and conditions
All photocards and tickets are the property of Transport for London (TfL) and are issued in accordance with TfL's Conditions of Carriage
TfL has the right to refuse to issue a photocard
The travel concession is not a statutory right; any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including the Behaviour Code, may result in the withdrawal of your Oyster photocard and/or your travel concession
The parent/guardian signing the application form is expected to ensure the applicant adheres to the Behaviour Code
A non-refundable £10 fee applies for each application
Application for an 11-15 Oyster photocard can only be made by the parent/guardian, (hereafter in these Terms and Conditions known as the 'applicant') of the child whose name is entered in Section 1 of the application form
TfL will post your child's Oyster photocard to the address entered on your application form
The application form and photograph cannot be returned to you
The Parent or guardian must notify us of any change to their details, including change of address
TfL can only discuss this application with the applicant or parent/guardian whose name is on the original 11-15 Oyster photocard application. Only one named parent/guardian is allowed per application
Your child's Oyster photocard is not transferable and is for their use only
To be eligible for free bus and tram travel (where applicable), on boarding a bus or before boarding a tram, your child must validate their Oyster photocard by touching it on a yellow card reader and obtaining a green light. If using the tram at Wimbledon they must touch in at the ticket gates and again at a yellow card reader on the tram platform
Your child's free travel concession on London's buses and trams (if applicable), and their eligibility for child-rate travel on Tube, DLR, London Overground and National Rail services, will expire on the date shown on the front of their Oyster photocard
TfL is not liable for any email undelivered, application or rejection letter or 11-15 Oyster photocard lost, damaged or delayed in the post
No refunds will be made for tickets bought before you receive your child's 11-15 Oyster photocard except where there was a fault or failure on the part of TfL
If your child's Oyster photocard fails, we will refund you the cost of any tickets you have to buy while waiting for a replacement photocard. You will need to send both the failed Oyster photocard and copies of the tickets you have bought to TfL to be eligible for the refund. If we do not receive your failed Oyster photocard and copies of tickets, we will be unable to process your refund. You must send us the tickets for every journey you are claiming for
Refunds on an Oyster photocard can be given to the named parent/guardian only
TfL reserves the right to terminate or revise this scheme at any time
Your child may only hold one active Oyster photocard at a time. If your child has an Oyster photocard and you are applying for a new photocard on their behalf, your child must use the new photocard as soon as it's received
If TfL has withdrawn your child's photocard, they may not apply for a 16+ Oyster photocard unless they have fulfilled all of the conditions necessary to have their photocard reinstated. This applies to any photocard your child has previously held, including photocards issued to them when they were under 16 years old.
TfL reserves the right to amend the Terms and conditions of the scheme at any time

Your personal information
A full privacy notice can be found on the last page of the Zip 11-15 Oyster photocard application form. The section below explains further how TfL uses the information you supply on the application form and the limited circumstances where TfL might disclose it to someone else.
The personal information that we ask you to supply is limited to:
You (the applicant)

Parent or guardian
Name, address and signature
TfL and the companies that process this information for us use your and your parent/guardian's information for customer services and to administer the scheme. For example, we will use your personal information to ensure that you are eligible for the Zip Oyster photocard scheme, to issue your Zip Oyster photocard and respond to queries if you contact us. TfL will also contact you near the expiry date of the Zip Oyster photocard to tell you about your future ticketing options.
We will use your personal information to ensure compliance with the Behaviour Code. If we withdraw or suspend your entitlement to free travel, or are considering doing so, due to a failure to comply with the Behaviour Code, we will write to your parent or guardian.
We will not use your or your parent or guardian's personal information for marketing purposes and will not pass it to any other organisation for this purpose.
Data Protection Act
In some circumstances, the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) gives TfL the discretion to disclose personal information - where requested to do so - to the police. Disclosures to the police (and other law enforcement agencies) are permitted by the DPA, for the prevention or detection of crime and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders. Before any such disclosure is authorised by TfL, the police are required to demonstrate that the personal data concerned will assist them in this respect.
Each police request is dealt with on a strictly case by case basis to ensure that any such disclosure is lawful and in accordance with the DPA.
