Travel agency price is 40 per day without accomodation, 70 per day with accomodation. all exclude admission, meals, etc.
If you want private and tailor made one, it's certainly more than that.
This is the one I am going next week. All set. just give you an example:
Day 1: Richmond Hill and Park - Ham House - Hughenden Manor - Broadway, Cotswold
Day 2: Poppy Field - Croft Castle - Cardiff Castle - Clifton Suspension Bridge, Avon Gorge
Day 3: Coughton Court - Stratford with Shakespeare Houses - Wrest Park - Kenwood House (if time permits)
Stay two nights in Coswold country hotel, a 14th century Tudor hall with breakfast and afternoon tea.

That's 250 per person with two nights hotel and ALL the admissions included. If you want to stay in Holiday Inn Express or Traveolodge, it will be cheaper.
Might do another one similiar on the weekend of 16th of July and got 2 space left. The hotel this time will be a modern one, Crown Plaza Birmingham.

Why you plan to hire them? you have to pay a quite high price to make them feel it is worthy to collect and guide yourself, rather than doing other business (e.g., serve in a group)

去看看TITICACA吧，google 一下可以找到他们的主页，我刚回来，参加的就是那种行程和酒店自订，他们提供车辆和导游，一共12天绕了英国一圈。服务等各方面都挺不错的
私家导游吗？只带你一个团友？？英国有中文的当地团，例如欧米嘉。不过是十几二十个人成团。
地陪，天培，人陪，三陪都有，呵呵呵
