英国普通三星左右的酒店设备问题

六月底七月初跟团去，都是去的大众旅游城市。住宿应该就是普通三星左右的酒店。
请问一般这样的酒店有吹风机么？
还有，是不是真的随时随地都要背雨伞。几乎每天都要下雨？还有半个月，天气会热一些么？ 最近看来真的很冷的说。

Are you in the group by Ctrip or something? Ctrip is fine. The hotel is not too bad, IBIS, or something like that. they got hair dryer. Even Travelodge got hair dryer here, but you need to request. it's not in the room. Big chains are fine.
well, no no。 you can hardly find a hair drier in 2-3 star hotels, esp. those booked by travel agencies!
