1 If you can do it online, then www.nationalrail.co.uk, all sorted there
2 If you do not want to do it online or not able to, then:
(1) land in LHR and pass the Border control
(2) find the Heathrow Express ticket Office and ask them by 'hello, may I buy a one way ticket to London central?'
(3) they will say sure you can. Then ask for the price and pay the money to get the ticket
(4) with the ticket you can travel to London paddington station. Where you have to change a tube, following the sign 'underground'
(5) buy a tube ticket to 'King's Cross station', and get off there.
(6) find the ticket office in King's Cross station, and buy a ticket to Ai Ding Bao
(7) Then take the train and get off In Ai Ding Bao
