定了菲律宾航空，可是姓和名颠倒了，怎么办啊

第一次在菲律宾航空官网上定机票，付费倒是成功了，打电话到菲航的上海办事处再次确认时，说我名字姓和名写反了。这些郁闷了~
上海办事处说，姓和名颠倒，可能出不了关的，他那里又不能修改的，让我发邮件到：onlineBooking@pal.com.ph自己去问如何修改，邮件是发了，但是还没有回应。机票就是26号的，急死我了~
请问大家有没有碰到类似情况，怎么修改的？

Dear Sir/Madam,
We regret to inform you that your flight for Shanghai-Manila-Shanghai, changes are not permitted. Please note that these ticket restrictions are dependent on the specific fare rules that the credit card owners agreed to when they purchased the tickets online.
We have put a notation regarding the correct name on your Booking. However, the said notation will not reflect on your ticket. We would like to advise that the acceptance for boarding shall be at the discretion of the staff at the airport.

对方说名字改不了，不过他们在名字旁边写了标注，如楼上旺财所说你check in时跟工作人员说一下就行。
当时办登机牌的时候说没有我的订票记录，告诉他们试试把姓名反过来找看看，就找到了。跟他们说中国人姓名顺序跟西方国家不一样就行了。
