请问YHA会员卡可以到了英国在要入住的YHA办理吗

我下周就要去伦敦了，不过因为某些原因却一直没有办YHA会员卡。因为之前似乎在某篇贴子里看到有童鞋说他是到了英国之后，在要入住的YHA的前台被问及要不要办会员卡，于是当场办理的。于是我也就没特别放在心上，想着没时间在中国办的话就到了英国再去办。不过，这两天有些担心，但是在中国办好像也来不及了，请问有没有达人知道在英国确实是可以直接在YHA柜台办理的？

国内有Hostelling international membership 卡买，只要50RMB，淘宝上46包邮。YHA UK 网上也声明了接受，这个卡全球通用。You can buy hostelling international membership when you arrive, or buy membership in your own country. Remember to apply the member discount to your Booking to save money. Hostelling International membership is recognised in over 4000 hostels worldwide.
