求助：法国火车票取票问题（火车站取票手续费

按照前辈的手把手教程，在法铁网站上购买了7月份的车票，选择了到法国后在自动柜员机上取票（我的是有芯片的信用卡），据说选择这种方式也可以到火车站柜台取票。
前几天看到有朋友在论坛上说现在到火车站柜台取票要收7欧元的手续，于是写信去法铁问，回复的并不清楚，但是确认了手续费的问题。
所以想请问各位长老：
1）如果选择机器取票，然后去柜台取，真的会有手续费么？
2）购买确认之后，能不能改变取票方式呢？

有芯片信用卡到柜台取票应该不要手续费。我问法铁的是无芯片信用卡到柜台取票，他们回答说要7欧手续费。

You will need to have the following with you when you retrieve your train tickets:
- Your order reference: (6 letters and/or numbers)
- The bank card and security code used for your on-line payment.
If you have paid on-line using American Express
or a foreign credit card without a chip and pin,
you can only collect your tickets from the SNCF ticket office.
As you were informed when making your Booking,
an additional charge of 7 （欧元符号游四海旅游怎么不认啊） will be requested upon retrieval.

刚收到法铁的又一封回复：
If you can't retrieve your tickets in the self-service machine, you'll be able to go at the SNCF Office station and they'll give the tickets to you with an additional charge of 7 Euro.

确认之后一般不呢个改变取票方式。
手续费？从来没有听说过。 说你不会用机器就好了。我第一次也是这样，然后不清楚，就直接去柜台取。
机器有英文的。

昨天在tgv-europe上订票了，有e-ticket的选项，直接付款了。然后就能自己打印车票，不用再纠结取票的问题
我订的票就是自己取票的，而且rail europe的网站还有指南教你如何在自动机上打票呢..
