预订成功后，发现没给发酒店确认函。
IBIS都这样吗？那到时候我入住会不会有问题呢？

你是不是预定的时候没要求发确认函到你的邮箱？根据在法国的经验，不一定非得打出来但你要记得预订号。
一般前台CHECK IN 的时候，报你预定时候的名字就可以了。
