【求助】寄信给西班牙领事馆却说delay和failure是

我在上海，信是写给 cog.shanghai.vis@naec.es 的


先是收到邮箱自动回复说邮件delay了——

“This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed. cog.shanghai.vis@naec.es”


隔了一天又收到一封，更要命，说投递失败了。

“This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server. cog.shanghai.vis@naec.es”


不能投递到对方的邮箱服务器是什么意思啊，是他们的邮箱服务器坏了？还是被塞爆了？还是我用的邮箱不对？我是用hotmail发的呀。



求各位长老指点！！
