紧急，正在订从威尼斯到奥地利林茨的夜火车的票，看到有smart的票，但是不知道这个smart是不是要 <12years

哎哟，回来晚了，那个我先看了一个大神的关于意铁费率的总结，然后有说是smart要《12。但是意铁官网给的解释我也没看到要小于12岁得，所以还是先请长老们明示呐
