行程是否需要写清楚城市之间周转的车辆信息和时间？

还有问一下，大使馆的申请表上，我填写的目的地只有意大利，但我实际上还会去希腊，这有问题吗？我公司的请假证明上也没写有希腊啊，因为我打算意大利入境，这样可以吗？？？务必请指点！！！
