我租到了buget公司的特价车，2天含税60块。
保险还没有买，问过之后保险要28.5一天，不是全险那种~~~~具体怎么赔我也不清楚
我准备奥克兰开车，交通如何？可以不买保险吗？

妮版，不好意思反驳你一下，我理解的全险是出问题后租客一分钱不用付，租车公司全赔。这样的险种Budget真的没有。
我刚才在https://www.budget.co.nz/随便挑了个车型点进去，在“Confirm Booking”这部分，会给你选“I would like Driver & Passenger Protection”，选中了会多收你保险的钱，但是你仔细点一下那个问号就会发现有如下说明：
udget Driver & Passenger Protection provides cover for personal accidents and will reduce the damage excess on your rental.
Excess Reduction Costs:
Group A-E: $25.00 + GST per day
Group F-V: $28.00 + GST per day
Excess Reductions:
Car Groups A-E: Excess reduced from $3,000+GST down to $300+GST
Car Groups F-V: Excess reduced from $3,750+GST down to $300+GST
Excess for all renters under 25 years of age (21 to 24 years of age):
Groups A-E: $3500.00 + GST ($3937.50 incl.)
Groups F-V: $4000.00 + GST ($4500.00 incl.)
The excess is non-waivable.
We strongly recommend you take Budget Driver & Passenger Protection.
我的理解这保险只是是把出险免除额从3000或3750纽币以上降低到300纽币以上。不是我们所说0 Excess的全险吧？当然我可能理解有错。
然后除此之外没有其它部分可选来让你能进一步免除Excess。

的确，去年我租的时候他们对我说的是full insurance，thus 我理解为全险，但是我不知道原来他们的垫底费是不能减到0的。My mistake。
全险，能将损失降到最低，虽然贵了些，但有你意想不到的帮助和方便。
是有点小贵，不保吧对右舵的车又不放心。。。
