有关亚航3月大促退款的事宜

大家好,上周收到亚航提到大促退款的邮件.今天又收到第二封,但有好大的问题噢.我在想是不是英语太差,理解错啦.大家一起帮看看:

Dear XXX

Good day and thank you for writing in to us.


In regards to Booking no.XXX, first of all we would like to apologize for the confusion about our promo fares. This is due to technical error. However, our IT team has rectified the errors.



In view of the above, we will honour you the promo fare i.e CNY348 per person for sector. As such, we will provide you a credit shell for the fare difference the amount of CNY341 as breakdown below:



Fare per person per way for Booking no. XXX

Your current Fare CNY689

Promo Fare CNY348

Fare difference CNY341 x 3 persons = CNY1,023



The credit can be used for your future travels with AirAsia X or AirAsia ("Credit Shell").



You or any person(s) authorized by yourself will be able to utilize the funds to purchase any AirAsia X or Airasia pre-booked product/ services and for future flight reservations to any AirAsia X or AirAsia destinations (Prefixes AK, FD,QZ and D7). The credit shell can be used online and across the board. Please note that Credit Shell is only valid for 3 months from the date of issuance although you may use it for flights later than 3 months


The credit shell will be created under customer membership account. If you agree to the above, please register your member ID via our website and kindly provide us with your membership number once created and we will do the needful.

这是今天收到的邮件 MXXX,


Good day and thank you for your reply.


As agreed, we have created a credit shell of MYR100 under your membership account no. XXX. The credit shell will be expire on 21st June 2011.


To utilize this credit amount, would require you to first login on the AirAsia website, and insert your member ID; which is your email address XXXX followed with your password ******.


Then click on the “Make a Booking” tab and proceed to make your Bookings. When you reach the payment page there should be four (4) Tabs for payment method. Kindly select the “credit account” option for payment. Any balance amount may be paid via your credit Card.


If you are unable to utilize your credit shell to make new flight Bookings within 90 days from the date of created, please email us before the expiry date, we are happy to extend it for another 90 days.


Last but not least, we value your feedback on your experience with AirAsia X and we look forward to regaining your trust and welcoming you onboard again.
