现在怎样能联系上马来亚航总部？？？

前天由于机票被亚航动了，亚航中国对我的改期没有决定权，要我联系马来总部，但现在原来那客服邮箱已经作废，网上留言没有反映。打马来的热线永远只有自动接听~~~请问有什么途径可以联系上马来亚航总部啊？？？？

For a flight retime 2 hours - 3 hours, we can move your flight within 1 months or a credit shell.
For a flight retime more than 3 hours or flight cancel, we can move your flight to any available flight within 3 months/credit shell/full refund.
For a flight cancel, skybus and goinsure can be refunded
