大家有没有在意大利国铁上退票的经历

我是提前1个月在他们网站上定的国铁，IC MIN特价票，用邮件确认的。有PNR码 却没有CP码，于是悲剧来了，想来个Booking change 更改日期,去因为没有CP码怎么也进不去，天啊 ，我都看了有800便了，真没有啊，从网上找他们的地址，发了3次邮件，都石沉大海了。 无奈之下，选择退票，悲剧二，发现退票以后，过来的系统回复是。
