请教Lamphu house的预定

我已经在线预订了，给了我一个链接要支付一晚房费，如果计划取消定金是否退还呢？

它的条款如下（我没看到关于退定金的内容呢）：各位大虾帮我看看

• All rates are net in Thai Baht.

• Total price is net price.

• The reservation acknowledgement will be sent to you automatically after your deposit payment is completed. Please print it out and show along with valid passport or ID card upon check in at Lamphuhouse.

• Full amount will be charged via credit card. REFUND can not be claimed in case customers do not show up on the first day of Booking or get our consent of date change before hand.

• Check out time is 11.30 A.M.

• Check in time is 12.00 P.M. Noon

** Customers would like to change the date of arrival must be made and get our confirmation 7 days before the Booking date. The change must be mutually agreed depending on the vacancy of the rooms on that date.

** If customers do not show up on the scheduled date, the reservation is cancelled and we charge for the first night of your Booking.

** Notification of your arriving date change /amendments of Booking can be accepted by us only via Fax or E- mail at : info@lamphuhouse.com but we do not guarantee the change depending on the availability.
