澳门--新加坡往返机票 被捷星更改时间

之前购买的的澳门--新加坡往返机票， 被捷星航空提前了五分钟从澳门起飞。


今天收到了捷星的电邮 ，告知我新的航班时间 。


并通知如果满意新的航班时间， 就直接按邮件中的确认按钮 。


如果不满意新的航班时间， 就发电邮给他们的客服中心 。


不过按照亚航的惯例 ，一般提前5分钟 ，是不给改航班的。


捷星发了这样一个电邮，从字面理解，貌似是可以要求改航班时间的，但是不知道 ，是不是只是客套而已。


我现在想到出发的航班，往前改两天，大家帮忙分析下，有没有这个可能？

We understand it can be frustrating when plans change, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. While we try to avoid any changes to our timetable, in this instance it was unavoidable.
