急，不太明白virgin blue 25日的退票规定，帮忙看下

我是25日从悉尼飞布里斯班，看现在布市的情况不是很乐观，所以想转飞黄金海岸，看了官网关于洪水的退票信息。

不属于19-24的第一批，所以不能直接改行程，25日以后的条例如下。

自己看了下，觉得可以取消，获得全部票额的积分，在12个月内有效。可以用来买机票。网上预订折扣依旧有效。

但是不太确定是否可以即时用，然后退票是否收取正常手续费？

麻烦大家帮忙看一下。谢谢！

FLEXIBLE TRAVEL AMENDMENTS


Flight changes made as a direct result of this flooding event will not incur the usual change fees.


Virgin Blue is providing the following flexible options for Guests booked to travel to or from Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast up to and including 19 January 2011, and now wish to alter their flight plans as a result of flooding in the region.


Guests may, without incurring a fee:


Move to a future available service for any date up to or including 31 Jan 2011.

Cancel your flight (irrespective of fare type) to obtain a full credit valid for 12 months, internet discount will be honoured when re-Booking

Re-route travel to another Virgin Blue destination. Please note – You may be asked to pay for any difference in fares, if applicable. These queries can be addressed directly to a Virgin Blue Team member at the alternative airport you are travelling to.

Request a refund for any unflown flights in the Booking

If flooding is preventing you from contacting us before your planned date of travel – we will apply the above to your Booking retrospectively

For Guests booked to travel to or from Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ballina up to and including 20 to 24 January 2011.


Guests may, without incurring a fee:


Move to a future available service for any date up to or including 07 Feb 2011. Please note – You may be asked to pay for any difference in fares, if applicable

Cancel your flight (irrespective of fare type) to obtain a full credit valid for 12 months, internet discount will be honoured when re-Booking

Please Note – Normal fare rules apply for Guests booked to travel to or from Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ballina from 25 January, 2011 (inclusive)
