预定比利时铁路，为什么老是提示付款不被接受

预定布鲁塞尔往返阿姆斯特丹的车票，1月29号一天来回。但是到了付款页面，输入完信用卡提交后，就一直提示付款不成功。谁能帮我解答下为什么订不了票啊？？
