怎么在wotif.com上取消酒店预订

我是26号订的B&B。但我现在想取消。因为地点不是太好。还有当时是预订记录上是164.95澳币，但从我的信用卡里面扣了1082块人民币。
我现在想取消预订，不知道该怎么弄，是否要收手续费呢？

我想问问看，要是我通告最后一分钟特价 发现我定过的酒店便宜很多，而正好我原来定的还能免费取消。
