请问从土耳其飞黎巴嫩是否需要签证

最近查了土耳其廉航peagus的istanbul飞beirut的机票，很便宜，很心动，原本打算从陆路过去的，可是要从叙利亚倒来倒去，而且花时间，但是就不知道没有黎巴嫩的签证，土耳其这边是否会让登机呢，虽然黎巴嫩肯定是对中国护照有落地签的。不知道有没有这样走过的朋友指教一下。
