请问这个EXCESS是什么意思。 能否给个准确的翻译。 另外这个价格好还是自己去网站直接预订好？ 12月18号按照大家的意见。假如直接去当地租车而不通过预订会否遇到没车可定的尴尬局面？帮忙给个建议。谢谢各位啦


另外，邮件里说。从南岛租车到北岛还车有个最低租车天数？说每个岛不能少于3天时间？有这个规定吗？ 假如我18号上午租车。25号下午还车。是否允许？（南岛跨北岛）
