订tune时的疑问，请教各位长老

订tune，在付款前一步，有显示这样一段话，请问是什么意思，什么叫提前5天提供信用卡，我都付款了怎么还要提供信用卡啊，应该是我理解不对吧，请各位教教我这个要勾上吗？
