skybus 日期改签

因为skybus当天没有办法使用，需要改签日期，以前看见一个人写了如何改签日期，但是现在找不到那个帖子了，不知谁能告诉我一下，谢谢

Hi, I want to change my skybus time,
my fly time:
Sat 25 Sep 2010, 1550 hrs (3) Depart from Tianjin，and arrive in Kuala Lumpur (LCC Terminal) Sat 25 Sep 2010, 2215 hrs (10), and we’ll take the skybus (LCCT to KL Sentral one way)to KL Sentral and live in there. We’ll fly to Bali in the next day afternoon.
we had bought two persons round trip skybus tickets, and we all need to change the time.
could you help us change skybus(from KL Sentral to LCCT) time to 26 Sep 2010（one way)

Please e-mail me your air asia itinerary and I will be able to write and authorisation letter for you to show skybus staff. Please let me know which dates you need to use skybus.

My itineraries are in the attachment. We'll arrive in Kuala Lumpur on Sat 25 Sep 2010 and take the sky bus to the KL Sentral and stay one night(use one way). So we'll go back to LCCT on the afternoon 26 Sep(Use another way). But it's in the different day. So I need a authorisation letter to show the shybus staff to assure we can take the sky bus on 26 Sep. Thank you!

XXX has bought 2 skybus return tickets for 25th september 2010 and 1 october 2010.
They would now like to use skybus on 25th september 2010 (LCCT-KL Sentral) and 26th september 2010 (KL sentral-LCCT).
Please issue them with 2 skybus tickets on 25th september 2010 and 26th september 2010.

楼上的，你碰到的Sharinee真好。我的情况和你一样，也给skybus发了信，但是处理我mail的叫Marina的变态就是不给我改日期！

我也有发邮件改，但忘记打印了。结果给对方看机票订单上的预订时，别人也不看时间的，就抄我的预订号而已。我是提前一天坐，因为第2天是6点多的航班
