亚航动了我的航班，成都飞吉隆坡改为一周五班

本来订了以下四段的机票：
7月30日23起飞，7月31日4到达，成都-吉隆坡
8月1日7起飞，11到达，吉隆坡-克拉克（马尼拉）
8月7日11起飞，15到达，克拉克（马尼拉）-吉隆坡
8月8日13起飞，18到达，吉隆坡-成都
现在亚航发来电邮，通知8月8日吉隆坡回成都的那个航班取消，（因吉隆坡飞成都的航班从每周七班改为每周五班，周四和周日的航班被取消），所以建议我将航班改为8月7日9点吉隆坡飞成都，或者8月9日18点吉隆坡飞成都。
现在的问题是：
1、如果不能修改假期的时间，决定取消整个旅行计划，我能要求亚航将四程的机票全部退票吗？
2、如果不取消整个旅行计划，改为8月9日18点吉隆坡飞成都的航班，我可以要求将亚航8月7日克拉克（马尼拉）飞吉隆坡的航班免费改为8月9日克拉克（马尼拉）飞吉隆坡的航班吗？

URGENT ! Air Asia X Flight D7-2624 KUL-CTU 8 August Cancelled

We refer to your flight D7 2624 on Sunday, [8th August 2010] scheduled to depart at 1330hrs from Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Carrier Terminal.
We regret to inform you that the above flight has been cancelled as we are reducing our frequency to/from Chengdu from 7 times weekly to 5 times weekly. In view of this, flights on Thursdays and Sundays are no longer operating as scheduled.

* wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur - Chengdu flights of your choice;
* wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;
* should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia/ AirAsia X, we will also move* them accordingly; or
* have any concerns you would like us to address.

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the cancellation for your travel insurance provider should you require it.
