可恶的EVISA

我7月1号申请的EVISA,到现在还是FAILED,照着论坛上公布的EMAIL发了一通邮件，终于有一个回复了，不过他让我在付一次款

可是我信用卡的钱已经扣掉了啊，他会把多付的那次还给我吗，另外如果这次还不成功那怎么办，有谁收到过类似的邮件，处理结果是怎样的

I would like to say thanks you first for your support our e-Visa services and we are also stand on your services too.

Due the system upgrade a new version so some problem is happen so now i recommend you to re-submit payment again due some problem was happen with credit card or you can change another card to use with our system.



I hope you understand and your re-submit will be successfully after that.
