Last updated: 06/02/2014We have a non-refundable pricing policy and therefore if you wish to cancel your flight we are unable to offer you a refund. The only exception to this is our 24 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to cancel any Booking within 24 hours of the original Booking being made by calling our Customer Service Team. A cancellation can only be processed up to two hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of your flight, although you made the Booking on the day of the flight. Please note, a cancellation fee is applicable and additional costs, such as credit/debit cards, Speedy Boarding, baggage and sports equipment fees will not be reimbursed.
