在venere上定了宾馆被扣钱。

在米兰定了个酒店，一晚上是１００欧，反复确定不是prepaid/not refundable房后，偶下手了，然后就悲剧的收到银行短消息说被扣除１００欧。。。发信给venere的客服和所定宾馆的客服均无恢复。。。
