急救！关于热浪岛拉古娜酒店的退订问题！

之前在拉古娜官网预定了一个package，收到邮件后，没有进行任何信用卡授权。（后来因为发现小乐有接送，就在小乐那预定了）

由于偶英文不是太好，没认真看这段英文：


Please be informed that, we will charge the amount of RM 1486.00 automatically to your credit card on the cut off date 02/06/2010 as stated in the reservation Pro-Forma Invoice as attached.


If there is no reply received as at due date, your Booking will be AUTO-RELEASED for general sales.


结果今天被laguna扣了信用卡金额。

请问现在要取消该怎么弄呢？！！
