亚航的确认邮件一般隔多久能收到？

今天下午已经成功订了深圳——吉隆坡的来回机票，697元的。预订状态是CONFIRMED。不过，到目前为止，过了几个小时了，邮箱一直没收到亚航发过来的确认邮件。请问一般要过多久才能收到？谢谢

点了SEND ITINERARY后，出现：

We are sorry for the inconvenience. There has been a problem with the database. An internal error has occurred, or there may be too many users on the server. If you had submitted your payment, please go to Check n Change and Check status of your Credit Card transactions to confirm the Booking status. Please do not try to re-book as you may end up with a duplicate Booking.
Can't locate object method "redirects" via package "HTTP" (perhaps you forgot to load "HTTP"?) at (eval 259) line 1.
