多哈转机无签证大巴出游以及包食宿问题~求大人

要在多哈停10个小时，早上6点到下午4点
1，听闻可以在多哈转一圈，就是坐在大巴上那种，还不用签证什么的，请问各位大人是不是真的这样啊~
如果是的话需要怎么申请呢？？
2，看到网站上只是说，转机超过8小时，可以包食宿，具体没讲
请问要怎么申请啊~到了机场要找谁啊？

还看到跟我一个航线的人说没有free accommodation，一般是只给免签证的。

Qatar Airways provides passengers with accommodation, meals and ground transportation only if their first available scheduled connection in Doha is more than 8 hours but not exceeding 24 hours. However, this facility is applicable only on certain itineraries or routes. For more information contact your local Qatar Airways office or travel agent.
For itineraries or routes that are not eligible for free accommodation, meals or ground transportation and if there is no immediate (less than 8 hours) connection available, only then passengers may opt to pay additional charges. The following charges will apply:
Economy class passengers - $125 per person
First and Business Class passengers - $150 per person which includes Al-Maha meet and greet service
A Transit Hotel Accommodation must be pre-booked 72 hours prior to arrival in Doha.
