intercity flexi pass

之前看到论坛里有同学说一张flexi pass可以2个人同时使用。

也发了信与intercity确认，回答也是肯定的。

但现在要预定路线了，却发现intercity的web只默认1位passenger,说因为当初买pass时只留了1个人的信息。


再发信去询问，得到的答复是：

1）With regards to your email enquiry , the pass only requires 1 passengers details. When Booking journeys you only need to book ONCE. As each time you book a journey the system will automatically pick up 2 seats as the pass is reserved for 2 adults.


2）When you purchase a pass you need to select this for adults, so that you can use the 1 pass

for the both of you. Once the pass is purchased, each time you book (either on the website or by calling the call centre) the system will automatically book the journey for two people, you do not need to book twice (only once).


真搞不懂。。。
