求助:网上预订resort后balance部分怎么支付？多谢各

今天在停泊岛的senja bay resort预订了房间，100rm的款也扣了。

对方发过来下面这些话

。。。

Kindly pay the balance of your Booking amount upon check in

at the resort either with cash or credit card.

。。。


这个在check in前付清balance，需要怎么操作呢？
