黎巴嫩的免签是不是已经取消了？

Visa issuance is based on prior approval obtained from the Lebanese Immigration Directorate, arranged by a sponsor who must present the application in person. Processing will occur within 48 hours.

On arrival: if required, at Beirut Int'l Airport to tourist groups (minimum of 8 persons), provided sponsored by a registered tour operator in Lebanon, for up to a max. stay of 6 months. On arrival: those whose visa is available at Immigration BIA provided having been cleared by the transporting carrier by written notification from Immigration BIA[73]


不敢坐飞机直飞，在叙利亚-黎巴嫩边境还能免签进入吗？
