我是在ticketmaster上的订NBA比赛球票，可是一直没收到票，发来的邮件说需要在venue's Will Call window那里去拿，这个地方在哪呀？ 好像在我的ticketmaster account里面也不能打印。怎么办呢？谢谢！

You can only choose one option (print, mail, will call, etc.)
Once you have chosen Will Call, you must go to the ticket counter at the venue and claim it. Normally there will be a "Will Call" sign on one of the windows. Show you printed receipt and a photo ID to get the tickets.

记得球馆门口可以打印的，买黄牛票时那些卖票的就是直接打印出来的。
